Apollon Kato Halandriou FC will debut with five teams in the Donosti Cup 2024
Five men's teams, from thirteen to nineteen years old, will represent the Greek club for the first time in the international Donosti Cup tournament.
Apollon Kato Halandriou FC, founded in 1965 and rooted in the rich tradition of Athenian soccer, has confirmed its inaugural participation in the Donosti Cup 2024. With five men's teams, spanning the B19, B16, B15, and B14 categories, the club is ready to bring its game to Spanish soil.
Since its humble beginnings as an independent club in 1965, Apollon has maintained an uninterrupted presence in the Athens EPA championships. Its promotion to Division A in the 2012-13 season and subsequent return in 2017-18 stand out as milestones in the history of a club that has demonstrated its dedication to sporting development and core values.
Apollon's philosophy as a soccer school is reflected in its commitment to train its athletes in a safe and friendly environment, offering programs tailored to each age group. With more than four hundred players on its team, the club has been a protagonist in national tournaments and has obtained international distinctions, always promoting the principles of "respect" and "fair play".
