Gladiadores Especiales, from Mexico, first inclusive American club in the Donosti Authentics Cup!
It will be the first inclusive team of the American continent to participate in the Donosti Authentics Cup, which this year celebrates its third edition.
The inclusive tournament of the Donosti Cup, the Donosti Authentics Cup, celebrates this year its third edition and does it in a big way, with the participation of the first American club in the history of the tournament.
It is "Gladiadores Especiales", a soccer team formed by people with different disabilities such as Down syndrome, cerebral palsy, or autism.
Located in the city of Toluca, Mexico, the initiative arose several years ago with the idea of integrating people with different disabilities in the sports field, thus helping them to develop physically, socially, and psychologically.
Currently "Special Gladiators" has more than 20 players and next July they will travel to San Sebastian to participate in the 3rd edition of the Donosti Authentics Cup, which will be held on July 5 and 6.
