Practical information on the accreditation ceremony for national and foreign clubs
It will take place this Monday, July 1st between 9:00 and 21:00 at the Reale Arena.
30 June 2024
Once the local clubs have already received their accreditations, it is the turn of the national and foreign clubs.
The process to be followed by these clubs is as follows:
1.- The team managers must go between 9:00h and 21:00h to the Tournament Information Center located at the Reale Arena (gates 14 and 15). Here they will be introduced to their guide and the contracted services will be reviewed.
2.- The next step is to go to the Accreditation Center located a few meters away from the Information Center (Reale Arena's South Parking), to carry out the age control. In order to pass the age control, both the players and the coaching staff must present their original ID card or passport. Once the age control has been carried out and the identification bracelets have been placed, the accreditations and different gifts will be handed out.
Afterwards, the clubs will be able to go to their accommodation or, depending on the time, to the tournament dining room for dinner. As it has already been informed, the Donosti Cup has two dining rooms; one located in the Anoeta Velodrome, -next to the Reale Arena-, and another one in Ficoba, in Irun.
Regarding transportation, it is important to remember that due to the works being carried out in the access to the Anoeta Sports Complex, this year the direction of traffic will be modified. The entrance will be through Paseo de Errondo, and the exit through Paseo de Anoeta.
Clubs that have reserved a parking space in the Anoeta parking lot will receive their accreditation upon entering the sports city. The clubs that have not made the reservation in time, will have to park in the free parking of Illumbe located 2kms from Anoeta and with direct access by stairs.
From the Donosti Cup we wish a happy trip to all participating clubs!
